There is no specific guideline for notability of academic journals, but the closest isWikipedia:Notability_(books)#Academic_and_technical_books. It passes easily. That isnt a journal.Wikipedia:Notability_(academic_journals) appears to be an essay and not a guideline, but if we accept that essay tho, perWikipedia:JOURNALCRIT this satisfies bothThe journal is considered by reliable sources to be influential in its subject area. andThe journal is frequently cited by other reliable sources. Otherwise,WP:TBK seems to be the closest match, and that sayspossible bases for a finding of notability include, in particular, whether the book is published by an academic press, how widely the book is cited by other academic publications or in the media.
