I am going to work on some minor grammar edits in this page. Please review my edits for clarity and rewrite, if needed.

toqer: You include the 7b in the paragraph of non-japanese business in jtown. OK i'm as white as the driven snow, but Toshio and Sayoko Umehara (the owners) are DEFINETLY Japanese. I'll rewrite it a bit.—Precedingunsigned comment added byToqer (talkcontribs)21:58, 17 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I changed the southern boundry to Empire Street, as a large number of Japanese (Japanese American) businesses (i.e.,Okayama Restaurant, until recently Soko Hardware and National Printing), associations (i.e., JACL, Japanese American Museum of San Jose, Yu Ai Kai, and more), Moraido Village and historic Japantown buildings (Issei Memorial Building, Kawakami house, Okida Hall) exist south of Jackson Street all the way to Empire Street. Thanks.—Precedingunsigned comment added by130.65.109.205 (talk)22:56, 3 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, and during the various matsuri, activities often extend down the block to Empire.
