I think it useful to add links to open source software that implements the algorithms developed by Herbert Scarf and described in the article. To this end I suggest to add the following link on the housing market in the External links section:

It appears most of the article may have been contributed by the author of the discussion paper (Zyang666). At very least, it seems like the paper would need to include license indicating permission for use in this manner, and the article should include citations. It is unfortunate that the references got numbered by hand rather than by using the software that does that.
