I added a "What" tag to the map caption that says "English nautical chart dated 1775 labels "the Bay of Mexico", now glossing "Mexico" as an alternative name for New Spain" because I had no idea what "glossing" meant in that context. It was reverted byUser:EF5 with an Edit summary of "Cambridge defines "glossing" as "to provide an explanation for a word or phrase".
