Vladimir Komarov was the first killed during a space flight, not the Soyuz 11 crew. I don't really know what to do with the sentence that says this; completely removing it would gut the article, and his death is a notable historical event.—Precedingunsigned comment added by76.223.6.248 (talk)04:05, 11 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I have corrected his date of death from 29 July to 30 July - the accident was at around 22:47 GMT, which is the following day in Soviet time.John Womble (talk)07:08, 21 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
