Oh, I didn't know the name ofEconomy rice but I've tasted before. :) You are right I think they are in the same type. But there are some small differences: economy rice is mainly cooked before while gaifan is often newly cooked; economy rice can be ordered different dishes while gaifan can only be covered by one dish obviously. Actually, economy rice can be easily found in China but seldom called gaifan avoiding confuse. --WWbread （Open Your Mouth?）09:14, 8 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
