I had to remove a TON of text from this article because it was copyvio fromhere. Even if it had not been copyvio, it was not encyclopedic writing. There were a ton of photos lifted from there, too. --SFoskett 01:41, Jun 26, 2005 (UTC)
I think the "Also Called" part from the info box should be removed, as the 512TR and Especially the 512M are Significantly different cars.AppleRobin16:20, 23 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I will eat a cream cake for the first person who can illustrate this article with a legitimate photograph of the engine's red heads. -Ashley Pomeroy17:38, 10 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Clicking between this page and theBoxer engine page, I was looking to understand the difference between a 180 V engine and a boxer configuration. Aren't they just the same thing?
A flat plane where cylinders are horizontally opposed IS a boxer engine... right? Is there something unique about the crankshaft configuration that I'm not seeing? Because I fail to see the point in saying 180 V if it is just a Boxer Engine—Precedingunsigned comment added by24.63.242.54 (talk)17:07, 10 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Too bad the top picture is of a 512 TR not a Testarossa.—Precedingunsigned comment added by129.74.145.136 (talk)06:08, 15 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

are there any sources to 4.9 l capacity?both nomenclature (5litres 12cylinders) and sources (like autozine) point to 5.0 capacity— Precedingunsigned comment added byYbsone (talk •contribs)15:50, 2 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I've removed the following sentence from theName section:
Thedouble entendre with ared-headed woman was intentional – Ferrari and Pininfarina regularly use descriptive terms related to a female's body when describing the style of their automobiles.
Unless someone cites an interview from Sergio Pininfarina, this is just speculation. Furthermore I highly doubt this has any basis, since in Italiantesta rossa is never used to refer to a red-haired person, as "redhead" is in English. —Cloverleaf II (talk)11:38, 17 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
