Not only is this mentioned in multiple independent sources, the Gilbertson brothers state that they "attribute much of their success and interest in mountaineering to the MIT Outing Club (MITOC). • Gilbertson and his brother were the first to climb the high points of all 50 states in the United States

It's quite new and I read the two previous deletion discussions. It seems that this page is now notable though, as several new sources mention him, including two which have his name in the title. I don't see any reason to suspect this won't be stable post GA review.
