How relevant are the BBC news reports about theDeath of Diana, Princess of Wales to the summary or lead section of this article about the film? There is nothing in the article about the film being screened on the BBC and in the context of the film article I am not sure it is even worth mentioning, except as a trivial note. Perhaps this piece of trivia should be mentioned in the article about the Death of Diana, Princess of Wales, as I don't see it as being important to the film, as it is not part of the film, itself, only an off-air recording of the particular BBC screening of the film. While it is a curiosity that the BBC chose that particular moment to interrupt the screening of the film, it seems to me that this was mostly a coincidence about when the news broke. I think it would be more relevant to discuss which TV programs were interrupted in an article about Diana's death, and what criticisms the BBC received from the public or in the news media about the timing of their news reporting. There doesn't seem to be a contemporary report, only the subsequent recollections of viewers. -Cameron Dewe (talk)23:27, 13 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
