This drug is discontinued manufactured in the U.S. I take it. I need it! Please find out if someone knows about if it will ever be made again. Thank you— Precedingunsigned comment added by75.161.136.190 (talk)

Citation needed for biperiden's usage in treating Tourette syndrome.
All I could find was a case report of treating extrapyramidal symptoms caused by dopamine antagonists in a Tourette syndrome patient.
This one showed resolution of symptoms:

I also found a case study of biperiden in a patient with schizophrenia and Tardive Tourette-like syndrome induced by antipsychotics, in which it appeared ineffective.
