It also seems to me to consist of original research. A much simpler breakdown that lists the three manga series chronologically would work much better.69.250.117.1 (talk)01:07, 27 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Since Itagaki makes every character so dynamic and plausible, there should be a separate page describing the important characters ever appeared instead of cramming them in the main page. What do you think?
Anyone wanna mention any details on the original 1994 OVA?

In Japan, it has a cult-like status. How about in the US?--sin-man11:35, 2 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I recall several years before that this show had at least made a few appearances on cable TV. The episode I particularly recall seeing is 'the chord cutter', and this was long before Funimation had gotten hold of the license. I'm thinking that it was on Sci Fi channel, but I don't remember for sure. Can anyone verify where this originally was aired in the US?
Is there going to be a season 3 of baki?? Will he ever beat his farther?
I have a doubt about this character.Gai Tendo, a character fromSNK Playmore'sBuriki One andThe King of Fighters XI fighting games, could be based in Baki Hanma. If someone can confirm this affirmation, I appretiated.Basara-kun17:07, 6 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

How come there are no refences to the Akezawa group? More importantly to Emi Akezawa Baki's mother?—Precedingunsigned comment added byGrimoireMyst (talk •contribs)17:56, 14 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Can someone add a "Plot" section like I see in other anime articles?67.225.9.163 (talk)06:32, 30 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Will there be a season 3 of baki, OR is season two the conclusion? Will baki ever defeat his father, or is it left for the fans to wonder?
I heard that Itagaki relesead the special volume "Baki Legends" during the inauguration of Barack Obama. This volume focuses on single characters and their side stories. It includes 2 Gaia Gaidens, Retsu Gaiden, Advent of Ogre, Secrets of Hanayama clan and so on. Can anybody of Japanese-speaking users add information about this volume and write its original japanese title?83.149.8.94 (talk)19:22, 23 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I'm planning on redoing and adding details to the plot. I'm having a hard time finding plot info for the manga, so I'm just going to use the anime's plot.New Order (talk)16:09, 1 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I'd just heard of this series, and came to the Wiki page looking for information. In neither the lead (most of which seems irrelevant to the lead and could be moved to a "publication history" setting) nor the section about plot does it really explain what the show is about in any sort of contextual sense. Nothing about the setting, nor about the nature of the fighting - his father's a "warrior" but what kind? A soldier? A mercenary? A martial artist? Who is Baki, beyond some guy who fights? Is it set in a particular historical period? Without these sorts of things, the plot description is extremely slight.— Precedingunsigned comment added by2.220.114.39 (talk)15:11, 17 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
