An editor is insisting on including "AllTheRooms" on the list of tenants of this building. While I do not doubt that they are located there, lists of tenants should be dealt with exactly as any other list of notables is: if the subject doesn't have a Wikipedia article, they are not notable, and therefore should not be on the list. Without this criteria, we would end up listing thehundreds of tenants located in any large NYC office building. What is the consensus here?BMK (talk)00:18, 16 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

The hook facts are cited inline and the articles are neutral.712 Fifth Avenue has no problems but theCoty Building has close paragraphing issues as indicated by Earwig, and the paragraph starting "In 1986" needs to be rewritten.
