TheTagale are a sub-ethnic group of theNuba peoples in theNuba Mountains ofSouth Kordofan state, in southernSudan.
They speakTegali of theKordofanian languages group, in the majorNiger–Congo language family.
They number several 80,000 people. Most of them are Muslims.
