TF-1 cell

TF-1 cells are an immortalcell line derived from thehumanErythroleukemia used inbiomedical research.[1] This cells areproliferatively responsive tointerleukin-3 (IL-3) orgranulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF).[2] TF-1 cells havegene fusion ofCBFA2T3-ABHD12.[3]
