Sungai Dua is a residential neighbourhood within the city ofSeberang Perai in theMalaysian state ofPenang. Not to be confuse forSungai Dua onGeorge Town, the Sungai Dua on Butterworth is located to the north ofPerai River and to the east of theNorth-South Expressway. This area has experienced rapid housing development.
