Stuart Horton (born 10 September 1963), also known by thenickname of"Corgi", is an English former professionalrugby league footballer who played in the 1980s and 1990s, andcoached in the 1990s. He played at club level forCastleford andYork, as ahooker, and coached at club level forYork.[3][4][5]
Horton appeared as asubstitute (replacinghookerKevin Beardmore) inCastleford's 15–14 victory overHull Kingston Rovers in the1986 Challenge Cup Final during the1985–86 season atWembley Stadium,London on Saturday 3 May 1986, in front of a crowd of 82,134.[6]
