Steve Coulter is a former team owner in theNASCARCraftsman Truck Series.[1] His team,Xpress Motorsports, won the Truck Series championship in 2002 and 2003, withMike Bliss andTravis Kvapil, respectively. He has also fielded cars in theBusch Series and part-time in theWinston Cup Series. He sold Xpress Motorsports toDave Fuge in2005.
