Stepanovićevo (Serbian Cyrillic:Степановићево) is a suburban settlement of the city ofNovi Sad, Serbia. It has aSerb ethnic majority and a population of 2,021 people (2011census). Stepanovićevo is situated about 20 km north-west fromNovi Sad, between the settlements ofKisač andZmajevo.
The town was named after SerbianVoivodeStepa Stepanović who distinguished himself in Serbia's wars from 1876 to 1918. InSerbianCyrillic, the village is known as Степановићево, in Serbian Latin andCroatian asStepanovićevo.
The town was founded afterWorld War I (between 1920 and 1924).

The town is located on the mainrail tracks inSerbia, which connectSubotica,Novi Sad, andBelgrade. Stepanovićevo, like most settlements close toNovi Sad, is connected to Novi Sad by the city's bus serviceJGSP Novi Sad - bus line 43 (the line passesRumenka andKisač as well). Many buses on the routeVrbas–Novi Sad also pass through the village.
