Steatocystoma simplex is askin condition characterized by simplecysts forming in the ducts ofsebaceous glands of the skin. It may besporadic orhereditary.[1] It occurs with equal frequency in adult women and men, and cysts are typically found on theface,trunk, or extremities.[2]: 679  It is related toSteatocystoma multiplex.[3]
