Gerald R. Ford is abronze sculpture depicting theformer American president of the same name byJ. Brett Grill, installed at theUnited States Capitol's rotunda, inWashington, D.C., as part of theNational Statuary Hall Collection. The statue was gifted by theU.S. state ofMichigan in 2011, and replaced one depictingZachariah Chandler, which was donated in 1913.[2]The statue received national recognition during the2021 storming of the United States Capitol, where it was photographed donned with aMake America Great Again hat, as well as aDonald Trump 2020 presidential campaign flag.[3]
