Stanley Chaunce David (born on February 17, 1962) is an American former professionalfootball player who was alinebacker for theBuffalo Bills of theNational Football League (NFL). He playedcollege football for theTexas Tech Red Raiders and was selected in the seventh round of the1984 NFL draft with the 182nd pick overall pick.[1]
David graduated fromTucumcari High School inTucumcari, New Mexico. Collegiately, he was asafety for theTexas Tech Red Raiders. He appears as number 48 onSports Illustrated 's list of "The 50 Greatest New Mexico Sports Figures".[2][3]
David became thecity manager ofDenver City, Texas.[4]
