TheRepublican Stadium (Romanian:Stadionul Republican) was amulti-purpose stadium inChişinău,Moldova. It was used mostly forfootball matches. The stadium held 100,000 people, was built in 1952 and demolished in 2007.[1]
In1986 was held the final ofSoviet League Cup betweenDnipro Dnipropetrovsk andZenit Leningrad.[2]
