St. Leon Armenian Cathedral (in Armenian: Սրբոց Ղևոնդյանց Մայր Տաճար) in the city ofBurbank, California, is anArmenian Apostolic cathedral that was built in 2010.[1][2] The cathedral is home to the Armenian community in the Southern California area and is located directly across the street fromWoodbury University. The cathedral was consecrated byKarekin II,Catholicos of All Armenians, on September 11, 2010.[3][4] The cathedral falls on the northern side ofGlenoaks Boulevard and is visible from theInterstate 5 freeway.
