TheSoutheastern Connecticut Planning Region is aplanning region andcounty-equivalent in theU.S. state ofConnecticut. It is served by the coterminousSoutheastern Connecticut Council of Governments (SCCOG). In 2022, planning regions were approved to replace Connecticut'scounties as county-equivalents for statistical purposes, with full implementation occurring by 2024.[2][3]
