Sophie Falkiner (born 20 March 1973, inMelbourne) is an Australiantelevision presenter.
Sophie has previously presented an entertainment news seriesConfidential onFox8. She was also a presenter onThe Great Outdoors and letter-turner onWheel of Fortune with Rob Elliott and Steve Oemcke.
Falkiner's big break onWheel of Fortune came after completing a Bachelor of Media Studies (majoring in journalism) atMacquarie University.[1] In addition to hostingSydney Weekender andLuxury Escapes,[2][3] she also hostedCrown Australian Celebrity Poker Challenge. She also worked as a research assistant forToday Tonight.
Sophie also works- as a spokesmodel, having representedBerlei andWonderbra in Australia and has appeared on the covers of various Australian magazines. She also featured in a series of ads forNeutrogena.[4] Sophie is also an advocate for the online health and wellness market placeInner Origin.
