Solomon Soosaipillai Cyril is aSri Lankan Tamil politician and former Member of Parliament.
At theApril 2004 parliamentary election Cyril was a candidate inJaffna District but failed to get elected. However, Cyril enteredParliament in April 2008 following the murder ofK. Sivanesan MP in March 2008.[1]
Cyril was not selected as aTamil National Alliance candidate for theApril 2010 parliamentary election.[2]
