Social Sciences Academic Press,[1] abbreviated asSSAP[2] (traditional Chinese: 社會科學文獻出版社;simplified Chinese: 社会科学文献出版社[3]), also spelled asSocial Sciences Literature Publishing House[4] orChina Social Sciences Literature Publishing House,[5] is anacademicpublishingorganization forhumanities andsocial sciences,[6] directly under the leadership of theChinese Academy of Social Sciences.[7][8]

Social Sciences Academic Press was established in 1985, whose notable publications are the "Yearbookseries".[9][10] The scope of its publications mainly includes works on foreignsocial sciencetheories, world culture, academic trends, academic figures, schools of thought, conferences, research institutions, as well as related literature and various tools.[11]
