Simbari orChimbari is anAngan language ofPapua New Guinea.[2]: 63 

There are at least two dialects of Simbari. The Simbari language is partly cognate withBaruya.[3]

Simbari is spoken by theSimbari people. Simbari culture and society have received extensive anthropological studies, especially byGilbert Herdt.[4][5]
