Silvester Takač (SerbianCyrillic:Силвестер Такач; born 8 November 1940) is a Serbian-Yugoslavian formerfootballforward and manager. He was part of the Yugoslav squad that won gold at the1960 Summer Olympics.[1][2]
On the national level, Takač made his debut forYugoslavia againstIsrael at the 1960 Olympics and earned a total of 16 caps (4 unofficial), scoring 2 goals. His final international was a September 1966friendly match against theSoviet Union.[3]
