Silicon Republic (domain:SiliconRepublic.com) is anIrishtechnologynews website, founded byAnn O'Dea and Darren McAuliffe in 2001.[1][2] It has been honoured at the Irish Web Awards.[3][4][5]

Silicon Republic ranInspireFest, an annual convention on the topics of science, technology and creativity, from 2014 to 2019. After five years, it was replaced byFuture Human in 2020,[6] taking place at theTrinity Business School building.[7][8][9][10][11]
