TheSiberut langur (Presbytis siberu) is a species of monkey in the familyCercopithecidae. It was formerly considered asubspecies of theMentawai langur,Presbytis potenziani (asPresbytis potenziani siberu) but genetic analysis revealed that these are separate species.[2][3][4] The Siberut langur is native to the island ofSiberut inIndonesia. It is listed asendangered by theIUCN.[1]
