Sewa Bay, or Duau Pwata, is a dialectically diverseAustronesian language spoken in theD'Entrecasteaux Islands ofPapua New Guinea. Its dialects are Miadeba, Bwakera, Maiabare, Darubia, Sewataitai, Sibonai and Central Sewa Bay.[2] It is spoken inMilne Bay province: center ofNormanby island, Sewa Bay area.
