Sevastopol is anunincorporated community inFranklin Township,Kosciusko County, in theU.S. state ofIndiana.[1]
Sevastopol wasplatted in 1855.[3] Its name commemorates theSiege of Sevastopol (1854–55).[4] A post office was established at Sevastopol in 1858, and remained in operation until it was discontinued in 1902.[5]
Sevastopol is located in the far southwest corner of the county, five miles fromMentone, seven fromBurket, and 15 fromWarsaw, the county seat.
