TheSerie A Coach of the Month, officially known as thePhiladelphia Coach of the Month for sponsorship reasons,[1] is an association football award that recognises the bestSerie A head coach each month of the season. The award was introduced for the2021–22 season.

The first award was assigned to thenNapoli managerLuciano Spalletti, who in total has won the award four times.[2]Simone Inzaghi won the award a record five times.[3][4]Thiago Motta,Vincenzo Italiano,Massimiliano Allegri, andGian Piero Gasperini are the only managers to have won the award with different clubs. Motta andCesc Fàbregas are the only managers to have won the award for two consecutive months.[3][5] The award has been given to twenty different coaches, of which seventeen have been Italian, with the only foreign managers awarded beingSiniša Mihajlović (Serbia),José Mourinho (Portugal), and Cesc Fàbregas (Spain).[3]

As of August 2025, the most recent winner of the award isRoma manager Gian Piero Gasperini.[6]
