Sercloremine (CGP-4718A), usually as thehydrochloridesalt, is adrug which was developed in the 1980s and was formerly under investigation as anantidepressant, but was never marketed.[1][2] It acts as a selective,reversible inhibitor of monoamine oxidase A (RIMA) andserotonin reuptake inhibitor.[1][3]
