Scott Jones (born 20 May 1995) is anAustralian rules football player who played forFremantle Football Club in theAustralian Football League (AFL).
He grew up inBusselton before moving to Perth and playing forEast Perth in theWest Australian Football League (WAFL). A number of injuries, including a broken leg, broken foot and a dislocatedAC joint, affected his junior and early senior career.[1] He was selected by Fremantle with their eighth and last selection, the 75th overall, in the2017 AFL national draft.[2]
Jones made his AFL debut for Fremantle in the round 11 of the2018 AFL season, alongside fellow debutantStefan Giro.[3]
He was delisted by Fremantle at the end of the2019 AFL season,[4] and returned to play for East Perth in the2020 WAFL season.[5]
