Saru (Persian:سارو, alsoRomanized asSārū)[1] is a village inKuhestan Rural District, in theCentral District ofBehshahr County,Mazandaran Province,Iran. At the 2016 census, its population was 1,593, in 495 families,[2] down from 1,658 people in 2006.[3]
