Sara Palmas (born 7 July 1977) is a former Italian femalemiddle andlong-distance runner who competed at one edition of theIAAF World Cross Country Championships atsenior level (2001).[1]

Biography

She won silver medal with thenational team at theWorld Military Cross Country Championships held in 2006 inTunis and 12national championships atsenior level.[2][3] She also finished top 8 in a competition at the highest level outside of theOlympic games andworld championships, more precisely at theEuropean Athletics Indoor Championships individual events, she was 7th at the2002 European Athletics Indoor Championships held inVienna in the1500 metres.
