TheSantiam people are anindigenous people of the Northwest Plateau, living inOregon.[1]
They are aKalapuyan tribe, whose traditional homelands were on the banks of theSantiam River, which feeds into theWillamette River.[1]
Today, they are enrolled in theConfederated Tribes of the Grand Ronde Community[1] and theConfederated Tribes of Siletz Indians.
