Sanguinet is a provincial electoral district in theMontérégie region ofQuebec,Canada which elects members to theNational Assembly of Quebec. It consists of the municipalities ofSainte-Catherine,Saint-Constant,Saint-Mathieu, andSaint-Rémi.
It was created for the2012 election from parts of various other electoral districts: it took Sainte-Catherine fromChâteauguay, Saint-Constant and Saint-Mathieu fromLa Prairie, and Saint-Rémi fromHuntingdon.[3]
