Sandra Kiriasis (néeProkoff; born 4 January 1975 inDresden) is a German formerbobsledder who has competed from 2000 to 2014.

At the2002 Winter Olympics inSalt Lake City she won silver in the two-woman event together with teammateUlrike Holzner. She also competed in thebobsleigh events at the2006 Winter Olympics inTurin, where Kiriasis (married in late 2004) won gold in the two-woman event with teammateAnja Schneiderheinze. She finished fourth in the two-woman event at the2010 Winter Olympics inVancouver.

Kiriasis also won eight medals at theFIBT World Championships with five golds (Two-woman:2005,2007,2008; Mixed team: 2007, 2008,2009) and two silvers (Two-woman:2003,2004). She won the overall two-womanBobsleigh World Cup in 2003-4, 2004–5, 2005–6,2006-7,2007-8,2008-9,2009–10,2010–11 and won a record 43 World Cup races in total.

Kiriasis retired from the sport after the2014 Winter Olympics.[2] In July 2014 Kiriasis joined basketball teamNürnberger BC as a fitness coach.[3] In 2017 she was appointed as driving coach for theJamaican women's bobsleigh team ahead of the2018 Winter Olympics inPyeongchang,South Korea, helping them toqualify for the Olympics for the first time.[4][5] However, she parted company with the Jamaica Bobsleigh Federation days ahead of the start of bobsleigh training at the Games after she was told she would be demoted from her position as driver coach to the role of track and performance analyst.[6][7]
