TheSamsung Galaxy J3 (2017) (also known asGalaxy J3 Pro) is anAndroidsmartphone manufactured bySamsung Electronics and was released in June 2017.[1]
The Galaxy J3 (2017) is powered by anExynos 7570SoC including a quad-core 1.4 GHzARM Cortex-A53CPU, an ARMMali-T720MP2GPU with 1.5 (AT&T) or 2 GBRAM and 16 GB of internal storage which can be upgraded up to 256 GB viamicroSD card.[1]
It has a 5.0-inch TFTLCD display with anHD Ready resolution. The 13MP rear camera features f/1.9 aperture,autofocus,LED flash,HDR andFull HD video. The front camera has 5 MP, also with f/2.2 aperture.[2]
The J3 (2017) is originally shipped withAndroid7.0 "Nougat" and Samsung'sExperience user interface. An update to8.0 "Oreo" became available in August 2018 for Russia, and September 2018 for other countries.[3] As of August 2019 the latest version9.0 "Pie" includingOne UI became available.[4]
