Samajwadi Janata Dal (Democratic) was apolitical party inIndia.Devendra Prasad Yadav is the leader of the party. The election symbol of the party is an air conditioner.[7] On 24 March 2022, SJD(D) merged withRashtriya Janata Dal.[8][9][10]

Party was founded byDevendra Prasad Yadav in year 2010. Party was a member ofGrand Democratic Secular Front formed withAll India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen leaderAsaduddin Owaisi.[11]
