Saline Island is a small, 64 acreislet betweenGrenada andCarriacou (Grenadines).[1] It is located next toFrigate Island. There is a single watchman living in a 2 bedroom house. The island contains a large salt pond and has a wildlife population consisting ofwild goats,sea turtles, andbirds.[2] The remains of an ancientlime kiln are also on the island.[3]
