Saint-Germain-sous-Cailly (French pronunciation:[sɛ̃ʒɛʁmɛ̃sukaji], literallySaint-Germain underCailly) is acommune in theSeine-Maritimedepartment in theNormandy region in north-westernFrance.
Its castle was the burial place ofOgier Ghiselin de Busbecq.
A smallfarming village situated by the banks of theCailly in thePays de Bray, some 14 miles (23 km) northeast ofRouen on the D44 road.
