TheSTOK Elite Division is the fourth tier and the last professionalfootball league competition inCyprus, run by the STOK Federation of the Cypriot levels.
The STOK Elite Division Championship was initiated by theCyprus Football Association and by STOK in the2015–16 football season as the fourth level of Cypriot football in order to replace the foldedCypriot Fourth Division.
Sixteen clubs are competing in the league, playing each other twice, once at home and once away, for a total of 30 games per team. The top three clubs are promoted to theCypriot Third Division and the bottom four are relegated to Cypriot regional levels.
