SNCF Voyageurs ([ɛsɛnseɛfvwajaʒœʁ],lit. 'SNCF Travelers') is astate-owned enterprise founded on 1 January 2020,[1] an independentsubsidiary of theFrench National Railway Company (SNCF), in charge of operatingpassenger trains.[2]
Its predecessor is (partially)SNCF MobilitésEPIC which was founded on 1 January 2015.
Its first CEO isChristophe Fanichet [fr]. He was appointed by SNCF PresidentJean-Pierre Farandou [fr].[3]

On 1 January 2020, the 3EPIC companies and their subsidiaries become one state-owned group consisting of aparent company with its subsidiaries: SNCF Voyageurs,SNCF Réseau,Rail Logistics Europe,Keolis andGeodis. The previous SNCF Mobilités is dismantled.SNCF Gares & Connexions is integrated to the newSNCF Réseau company, while the logistics activities, rail freight (Geodis andFRET SNCF) andKeolis have directly joined theparent company.TGV inOui service, along with the low costOuigo TGV service,Intercités traditional long-distance services,TER,RER,Transilien regional services and the web siteOui.sncf become this new company namedSNCF Voyageurs.[4][5]
