Solute carrier family 2 (facilitated glucose transporter), member 14 is aprotein that in humans is encoded by the SLC2A14gene.[5]

Members of theglucose transporter (GLUT) family, including SLC2A14, are highly conservedintegral membrane proteins that transporthexoses such asglucose andfructose into all mammaliancells. GLUTs show tissue and cell-type specificexpression.[6][5]
