Sport Clube de Mirandela(Mirandela) is a Portuguesefootball club based in the city ofMirandela, in northeast Portugal (Trás-os-Montes region).[1]
Mirandela currently plays in theSegunda Divisão Zona Norte, which is the third tier ofPortuguese football. The club was founded in 1926 and they play their home matches at the Estádio São Sebastião inMirandela. The stadium is able to accommodate 3,500 spectators.[1]
The club is affiliated toAssociação de Futebol de Bragança and has entered the national cup competition known asTaça de Portugal on many occasions.[1][citation needed]
