Round Mountain is an erodedvolcanic outcrop in theGaribaldi Volcanic Belt inBritish Columbia,Canada, located 8 km southwest of Eanastick Meadows, 9 km (6 mi) east ofBrackendale and 10 km (6 mi) south ofMount Garibaldi. It is the highpoint ofPaul Ridge and is located in the southwest corner ofGaribaldi Provincial Park. Round Mountain formed as a result ofsubduction of theJuan de Fuca Plate beneath theNorth American Plate, known as theCascadia subduction zone. Round Mountain last erupted during thePleistocene.
